If you do need to make a return or exchange, you're welcome to do so within 30 days.
All returned items must be sent back in their original condition, shipping is at your expense and risk of loss. Please send us appropriate tracking information to confirm receipt. Items that have been worn, used, or altered may not be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.
Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that was part of the order.
Please note that if it has been over 30 days from the date your item(s) have been received, we won't be able to accept your return.
We will refund items (including shipping) if the merchandise is damaged when received by the customer. Please send us a picture or video of the item ( info@boxbandz.com ) and one from our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.
